MD BoK, Speaker KP assembly discuss steps to enhance banking services to employees

PESHAWAR: Managing Director (MD) Bank of Khyber (BoK), Hassan Raza here on Saturday called on Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Babar Saleem Swati and discussed measures to enhance banking services for assembly employees.

The meeting was attended by Group Head Retail Banking Gulbahar and Branch Manager of Bank of Khyber Provincial Assembly Branch, Muhammad Sheriar, Secretary KP Assembly Syed Wiqar Shah and Principal Secretary to Speaker Mian Sareer.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on providing enhanced services to assembly employees including provision of modern financing facilities, low-markup loan schemes and promotion of innovative banking solutions.

On the occasion, Speaker Babar Saleem Swati appreciated the role of the BoK in economic development of the province. He remarked that the bank is playing a vital role not only in promoting business activities but also in providing quality banking services to government institutions particularly KP assembly.

He expressed hope that BoK would continue to introduce more facilitative initiatives for assembly employees to help meet their financial needs in an efficient and convenient manner. APP
