Dar reviews avenues for enhancing cooperation with regional countries
ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting in Islamabad today to review avenues for enhancing cooperation with regional countries.
During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening cooperation in trade, commerce, connectivity, energy, and people-to-people exchanges.
In his remarks, the Deputy Prime Minister underscored that Pakistan will continue to pursue mutually beneficial cooperation to advance regional development and collective well-being.
The meeting was attended by Minister for Petroleum, Special Assistant Tariq Bajwa, Attorney General, and senior officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other concerned departments.
Meanwhile, Baroness NosheenaMobarik CBE called on Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today.
They discussed the strength of Pak-UK bilateral relations, the importance of parliamentary exchanges, and the Pakistani diaspora in the United Kingdom.
Baroness NosheenaMobarik also inquired about Pakistan’s flood recovery and mitigation efforts.
