Imran’s sons cannot topple present regime: Azma
LAHORE: Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari said on Saturday that just like her brother Imran Khan, Aleema Khan had also developed the habit of lying.
In a statement, she said that sometimes she said that Imran’s sons Qasim and Suleman were coming to Pakistan. “But then she says they are not coming to Pakistan,” Azma said while referring to Aleema.
She further said that there are times when Aleema said that Qasim and Suleman’s mother was not permitting them to travel to Pakistan, and then she said they were not being issued visas.
Azma went on to say that this did not stop there as Aleema then called Imran’s sons Pakistanis.
“When Qasim and Suleman’s father, their third mother and hordes of ‘rioters’ could not bring a revolution in the country, what special PTI founder’s two sons would do to topple the current regime,” the minister said, adding, “Qasim and Suleman had gone to the US for an outing. And now they have returned to the UK.
If they want to meet their father, no one will stop them. However, if they plan to spread mischief in the country, they would not be allowed to do so because they are not the citizens of this country.”
Azma said that if Qasim and Suleman, who were the citizens of a foreign country, were to launch a movement against the government, it would be a matter of great embarrassment for the PTI’s local leadership. NNI
